TOWARD the WITHIN offers a collection of Mind, Body & Spirit experiences in the form of yoga, meditation and sacred rituals that aim to empower, self-actualize and deepen connection with ancestral wisdom and our true nature.

Yoga

TOWARD the WITHIN yoga is a long, slow and deep movement practice with flare, extension and ease for every body. The emphasis on self-study and sensation. Surrender is central.

Meditation

TOWARD the WITHIN strongly emphasizes meditation in all offerings. Whether a guided meditation, moving meditation or breath practice, the goal is always to quiet the mind give it a singular point of focus while also expanding awareness. The cherry on top is letting go.

Journeys

TOWARD the WITHIN journeys incorporate Mind, Body and Spirit in the form of movement, meditation and breath in partnership with the complimentary (and optional) sacred wisdom of entheogens.

Events

TOWARD the WITHIN events occur regularly throughout the year usually in concert with lunar and celestial events such as the solstice, equinox, new and full moons. During these, we bring together the mind, body and spirit to commingle in meditation, light yoga and sound baths.
